Investigation of Morphology, Size Distribution and Surface Area of ZnO Crystallization Using Taguchi Experimental Design

چکیده
Length, width and specific surface area are among the important criteria representing ZnO crystallization. The average width, length of synthesized crystals because they directly change application in which material will be used. In this study, factors affecting these were determined as amount poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate), ultrasonication power, reactant concentration reaction temperature. effects on selected analyzed using Taguchi experimental design method main effect analysis. results showed that if to produced used catalysts, a lower PSSS should preferred for synthesis crystals, smaller size have larger area. Another result is; It is seen additive two most effective parameters properties
